1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

It must be returned in its original packaging, including tags and protective wrappers.

The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Personalized or custom-made jewellery is non-returnable.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Damaged items due to misuse or improper handling
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email us at support@jowayl.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you paid via Cash on Delivery, we’ll issue a store credit or initiate a bank transfer after verification.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

A photo and Video Recording of unpacking of the product and packaging

Your order number
We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund as per your preference.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
